Maintenance of an Active CURES User Account. It shall be the responsibility of healthcare practitioners and pharmacists to verify through the CURES portal that their CURES account profiles are current, which shall include, at a minimum, completion of the annual update, and that they possess active CURES accounts. The failure of healthcare practitioners and pharmacists to complete the annual update or maintain an active CURES account status will result in rejection of their queries.
