Maintenance of class. compliance with laws and codes The Ship’s class shall be the relevant Classification. The Ship and every person who owns, operates or manages the Ship shall comply in all material respects with all applicable laws and the requirements of all applicable codes. There shall be kept in force and on board the Ship or in such person’s custody any applicable operating certificates which are required by applicable laws or applicable codes to be carried on board the Ship or to be in such person’s custody.
