Common use of Maintenance of Collateral; Inspection Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Collateral; Inspection. Do all things reasonably necessary to maintain, preserve, protect and keep all Collateral in good working order and salable condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, deal with the Collateral in all ways as are considered good practice by owners of like property, and use the Collateral lawfully and only as permitted by Borrower's insurance policies. Borrower hereby authorizes Lender's officers, employees, representatives and agents upon reasonable notice, at reasonable times and with reasonable frequency to inspect the Collateral and to discuss the Collateral and the Records relating thereto with Borrower's officers and employees.

Borrower Upon reasonable prior notice at reasonable times during normal business hours, Debtor hereby authorizes Lender's officers, employees, representatives and agents upon reasonable notice, at reasonable times and with reasonable frequency to inspect the Collateral and to discuss the Collateral and the Records relating thereto with BorrowerDebtor's officers and employees, and, in the case of any Right to Payment, with any Person which is or may be obligated thereon.
