Common use of MAINTENANCE OF CONTENT Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF CONTENT. As between RN and Participant, and except as expressly provided herein, Participant is solely responsible and liable for the Content, and RN assumes no responsibility for editing, reviewing, controlling or any other activities associated with distributing any of the Content and shall not be liable to any third party in connection with such activities, unless RN undertakes such responsibilities. Participant shall be solely responsible for all costs and activities associated with the creation, maintenance, licensing, use and correction of the Content.
