Maintenance of Errors and Omissions Policy and Fidelity Bond. Each Participant shall obtain and maintain an errors and omissions policy and fidelity bond, or self- insurance coverage in form and, in amounts required by FHA and VA, GNMA, RD, Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac for parties acting in their capacity under the Program.
