Common use of Maintenance of Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Policy Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Policy. The Servicer shall during the term of its service as Servicer maintain in force a (1) policy or policies of insurance covering errors and omissions in the performance of its obligations as Servicer hereunder and (2) fidelity bond in respect of its officers, employees and agents, in each case having coverage amounts deemed by the Servicer to be adequate to its operations.
