Common use of Maintenance of Files Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Files. Lender shall maintain for at least three (3) years after the final Loan subject to this Enhancement Agreement is either repaid by the Borrower or written off by the Lender. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lender shall maintain records for each Loan for a period of three (3) years after it has been repaid or written off. In the event of a dispute, all records relevant to the dispute shall be maintained until the dispute is resolved.
