Maintenance of Files. The Court shall maintain a personnel file for each employee. Employees shall have the right to review their personnel files at reasonable times and intervals, or to authorize review by their representative at reasonable times and intervals. No adverse material may be placed into an employee's personnel file without a copy also being furnished to the employee at the same time.
