Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain The Company will maintain, with financially sound responsible and reputable insurance companiesinsurers, insurance with respect to its properties and business, in such amounts and covering such risks, as is carried generally in accordance with sound business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against practice by Persons engaged companies in similar businesses in the same or similar business, of such types and localities in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich the Company is situated.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries or otherwise consistent with past practices) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties companies or associations in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar business, of such types business and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personssimilarly situated.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance compatible with the following standards) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain Maintain, with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against such risks as are maintained by Persons companies engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and businesses operating in such amounts as are customarily carried under the same or similar circumstances by such other Personslocations.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties companies or associations in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar business, of such types business and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by similarly situated and such other Personsinsurance as reasonably required by the Banks.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as Holdings, Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties companies or associations in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from its coverage.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiesindependent insurers, insurance with respect to its properties Properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons of established reputation engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons of established reputation engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons and to the extent available on commercially reasonable terms; provided that the Borrower and its Material Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same extent as such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons, provided that the Company and any of its Significant Subsidiaries may maintain a program of self insurance in accordance with sound business practices.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies (which may include a financially sound and reputable captive insurance company that is an Affiliate of the Parent), insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, businesses and owning similar properties of such types and in such amounts with such deductibles and covering such risks, as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to on its properties property in at least such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily at least such risks as are usually insured against in the same general area by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as Parent and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and companies in such amounts and against such risks as are customarily is usually carried under by responsible companies engaged in similar circumstances by such other Personsbusinesses and owning similar assets in the general areas in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries operate except to the extent that the Borrower or a Subsidiary is, in the reasonable opinion of a Designated Officer, adequately self-insured in a manner comparable to responsible companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar assets in the general areas in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries operate.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Parents, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain (at its own expense) insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, as well as insurance in such amounts, with respect to its properties such limitations or deductibles, against such risks, and business against loss or damage in such form as are customarily maintained by companies of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons established repute engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and businesses operating in such amounts as are customarily carried under the same or similar circumstances by such other Personslocations.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or maintain a self-insurance program, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties companies or associations in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similar situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessbusiness in similar location, of such types and in such amounts and subject to such deductibles or self-insured retention levels as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or maintain a self-insurance program, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or associations, insurance in each case not Affiliates of the Company, with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against in such amounts and covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deduct­ibility from coverage thereof.

Maintenance of Insurance. (a) Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies reasonably acceptable to the Agent and not Affiliates of the Loan Parties, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessbusiness and operating in the same or similar locations or as is required by Law, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons and as are reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons and/or maintain a system or systems of self-insurance or assumption of risk which accords with the practices of similar businesses.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Parent Guarantor and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies reasonably acceptable to the Agent and not Affiliates of the Loan Parties, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessbusiness and operating in the same or similar locations or as is required by Law, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons and as are reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons; provided that the Company and its Subsidiaries may instead self-insure to the same general extent as other manufacturing companies of similar size as the Company or such Subsidiary and to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Parents, the Borrowers and the other Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons; provided that the Company and any of its Significant Subsidiaries may maintain a program of self insurance in accordance with sound business practices.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the BV Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries in the same geographic locales) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance compatible with the following standards) as are customarily carried under by companies of a similar circumstances by such other Personssize engaged in similar businesses.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain (either by way of self-insurance or with financially sound and reputable insurance companies), insurance with respect to its properties in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds such risks as are customarily insured against carried by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and business operating in such amounts the same or similar locations as are customarily carried under similar circumstances reasonably determined by such other Personsthe Borrower.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to its properties any self-insurance reasonable and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types businesses as the Borrower and in such amounts its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons or as otherwise required by the Administrative Agent (including, without limitation, environmental pollution insurance policies in effect on the Closing Date).

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as STBV and its Restricted Subsidiaries in the same geographic locales) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with insurance companies (and, to the Borrower’s knowledge, with such insurance companies that are financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance reputable) with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the U.S. Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies (including self-insurance) insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds such casualties and contingencies as are customarily insured against by Persons businesses engaged in the same or similar business, of such types activities in similar geographic areas and in amounts, containing such amounts terms, in such forms and for such periods as are customarily carried under customary for similar circumstances by such other Personsbusinesses in all material respects.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessSimilar Business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or Similar Businesses as any Obligor and its Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons; provided that the Borrower and any of its Significant Subsidiaries may maintain a program of self insurance in accordance with sound business practices.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks (including but not limited to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against coverage for aviation war risk liabilities) as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its material properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessbusiness and owning similar properties, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons; provided that each Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure in accordance with good business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies that are not Affiliates of the Company, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (including self-insurance, if adequate reserves are maintained with respect thereto) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or associations, insurance in each case not Affiliates of the Company, with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against in such amounts and covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies (including through self-insurance or any captive insurance company), insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties the Properties and the business conducted thereon against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons and as are acceptable to the Lender.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, (and with deductibles) of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by are, in the reasonable business judgment of the Borrower, appropriate for a business of the size and character of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries. All such other Personsinsurance shall name the Administrative Agent as additional insured, to the extent applicable.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons as reasonably determined by Lender; such as workers’ compensation insurance, public liability and property and casualty insurance, which amount shall not be materially reduced in the absence of 30 days’ prior notice to the Lender.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or associations, insurance in each case not Affiliates or Subsidiaries of the Company, with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against in such amounts and covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personswhich insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the BV BorrowerSTBV and its Restricted Subsidiaries in the same geographic locales) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against in accordance with normal industry practice or by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as Holdings, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances in accordance with normal industry practice or by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies (including self-insurance) insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds such casualties and contingencies as are customarily insured against by Persons businesses engaged in the same or similar business, of such types activities in similar geographic areas and in amounts, containing such amounts terms, in such forms and for such periods as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personsmay be reasonable and prudent.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the BR Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. (a). Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies reasonably acceptable to the Agent and not Affiliates of the Loan Parties, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessbusiness and operating in the same or similar locations or as is required by Law, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons and as are reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self- insurance compatible with the following standards) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons, except to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons; provided that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may instead self-insure to the same general extent as other manufacturing companies of similar size as the Borrower or such Subsidiary and to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies (including through self-insurance), insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by (a) Xxxx’x other Subsidiaries, (b) the Company and its Subsidiaries on the date hereof or (c) Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts amounts, with such deductibles and covering such risks as are customarily carried under by companies engaged in similar circumstances by businesses and owing similar properties in localities where Holdings, such other PersonsBorrower or the applicable Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Parent, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries’ property and business with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily covering such risks as are usually insured against by Persons similar companies engaged in the same or a similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as Holdings, Dollarama and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies that are not Affiliates of the Borrowers, insurance with respect to its their properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies or maintain a self- insurance program, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business operations against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar businessoperations, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons, including, without limitation, insurance required pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsPersons engaged in similar business or consistent with the Borrower’s past practice.

Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties companies or associations in such amounts and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against covering such risks as are usually carried by Persons companies engaged in the same or a similar businessbusiness and similarly situated, of such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.which insurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof;

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business the Collateral against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companiescompanies (which may include a financially sound and reputable captive insurance company that is an Affiliate of the Borrower), insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, businesses and owning similar properties of such types and in such amounts with such deductibles and covering such risks, as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, companies insurance with respect to its material properties and business against loss or damage of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance consistent with past practice, or reasonable under the kinds customarily insured against by circumstances, and, in either case, customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types businesses as the Borrower and in such amounts its Restricted Subsidiaries) as are consistent with past practice, or reasonable under the circumstances, and customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Restricted Parties) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is customary for companies of established reputation engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, general areas in which such member of the Group operates where such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Personsinsurance is available on reasonable commercial terms.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrowers and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance reasonable and customary for similarly situated Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses as the Borrowers and the Restricted Subsidiaries) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintain insurance with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is customary for companies of established reputation engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of general areas in which such types and in such amounts as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other PersonsGroup Member operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts as (after giving effect to any self-insurance)as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain with financially sound and reputable insurance companies, or with a captive insurance company that is an Affiliate of the Company as to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders may request reasonable evidence of financial responsibility, insurance with respect to its properties and business against loss or damage of the kinds customarily insured against by Persons engaged in the same or similar business, of such types and in such amounts (after giving effect to any self-insurance) as are customarily carried under similar circumstances by such other Persons.
