Common use of Maintenance of Interests Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Interests. Seller has maintained and will continue from date of this Agreement until the Closing, to maintain and operate the Subject Property in a reasonable and prudent manner, in full compliance with applicable law and orders of any governmental authority, to maintain insurance and bonds now in force with respect to the Subject Property, to pay when due all costs and expenses coming due and payable in connection with the Subject Property, and to perform all of the covenants and conditions contained in the Leases and all related agreements.

Maintenance of Interests. Seller has maintained and will continue to maintain from date of this Agreement until the Closing, and has operated and will continue to maintain and operate the Subject Property in a reasonable and prudent manner, in full compliance with applicable law law, including the Environmental Laws, and orders of any governmental authority, to maintain insurance and bonds now in force with respect to the Subject Property, to pay when due all costs and expenses coming due and payable in connection with the Subject Property, and to perform all of the covenants and conditions contained in the Leases and all related agreements.

Maintenance of Interests.
