Maintenance of Larger Tract. To the extent either Timeshare Project is part of a larger common ownership regime or planned development or parts of buildings in which Units are located are not part of such Timeshare Project, Borrower will not permit common expenses to be allocated to such Timeshare Project in an unreasonably disproportionate manner.
