Common use of Maintenance of Leases Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Leases. The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to maintain, in full force and effect all leases for its respective real properties, and all other leases for personal property if the failure to maintain such personal property lease would constitute a Material Adverse Change.

The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to maintain, maintain in full force and effect all leases for its respective real properties, and all other leases for personal property property, which are necessary to the conduct of the Borrower's business if the failure to maintain such personal property lease would constitute do so could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
