Maintenance of Legal Status. Subrecipient shall notify the County of the Subrecipient’s intent to change its form of legal existence or dissolve at least 120 days before such change or dissolution. Subrecipient shall preserve and keep in force and effect all licenses, permits, and approvals related to the Work.
