Common use of Maintenance of Licenses and Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. The Company will, and will cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to, maintain all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality, except where failure to maintain the same, either individually or in the aggregate, has not had, and would not reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect.
