Common use of Maintenance of Licenses and Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. Borrower shall maintain in full force and effect all rights and licenses necessary to carry on its business, and all permits, licenses, consents and approvals necessary for the construction, maintenance and operation of the Improvements. Borrower shall maintain its present existence and shall maintain executive personnel and management at a level of experience and ability equivalent to present personnel and management.
