Common use of Maintenance of Licenses and Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Licenses and Permits. The Borrower will maintain and preserve, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain and preserve, all Intellectual Property, rights, permits, licenses, Regulatory Approvals and privileges issued under or arising under any Requirements of Law to the extent material to the conduct of the business of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
