MAINTENANCE OF LINE OF BUSINESS. Each Obligor will, and will cause its Subsidiaries to, devote substantially all of their respective time to, and deploy substantially all of their respective Material assets owned or used by such Obligor or Subsidiary in, the Line of Business as conducted by the Obligors on the date of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related thereto.

MAINTENANCE OF LINE OF BUSINESS. Each Borrower will engage in and continue to engage substantially only in the business of owning and operating Senior Living Facilities and related services in compliance with all applicable laws of the state in which the applicable Facilities are located or any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over any such Facility or in the business of making acquisition and construction loans to Synthetic Lessors.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation.   • Maintenance of Books and Records; Inspection The Company shall maintain its books, accounts and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, and permit the Secured Party, its officers and employees and any professionals designated by the Secured Party in writing, at any time to visit and inspect any of its properties (including but not limited to the collateral security described in the Transaction Documents and/or the Loan Instruments), corporate books and financial records, and to discuss its accounts, affairs and finances with any employee, officer or director thereof.
