Maintenance of Office and Transfer Books by the Trustee. (a) Until termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, the Trustee shall maintain in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, facilities for the execution and delivery, registration, registration of transfers and Surrender of Gold Deposit Receipts in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Trustee hereby appoints its Corporate Trust Office for such purpose.
