Maintenance of Office For Surrenders. The Certificate Registrar shall maintain an office or offices or agency or agencies where Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange. The Certificate Registrar initially designates the Corporate Trust Office as its principal office for such purposes. The Certificate Registrar shall give prompt written notice to the Depositor and to the Certificateholders and Owners of any change in the location of the Certificate Register or any such office or agency.
