Common use of Maintenance of Office or Agency for the Residual Certificates Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Office or Agency for the Residual Certificates. The Trustee will maintain at its expense an office or agency where the Residual Certificates may be surrendered for registration of transfer and where notices and demands to or upon the Trustee or the Guarantor in respect of the Residual Certificates and the Trust Documents may be served. The Trustee initially appoints the Transfer Agent at the Corporate Trust Office as its office for said purposes. The Trustee will give prompt written notice to the Holders of the Residual Certificates of any change in the location of any such office or agency.
