Maintenance of Office. The Borrower will maintain its chief executive office at 27600 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 00000, xx at such other place in the United States of America as the Borrower shall designate upon prior written notice to the Agent and the Banks, where notices, presentations and demands to or upon the Borrower in respect of the Loan Documents may be given or made.
