Each of the Borrowers will maintain its chief executive office at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx or at such other place in the United States of America as such Borrower shall designate upon written notice to the Administrative Agent, where notices, presentations and demands to or upon such Borrower in respect of the Loan Documents to which such Borrower is a party may be given or made.
