Maintenance of Office. The Company will maintain its principal office at the address of the Company set forth in Section 12.6 of this Agreement where notices, presentments and demands in respect of this Agreement and any of the Securities may be made upon the Company, until such time as the Company shall notify the holders of the Securities in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior thereto, of any change of location of such office.
