Maintenance of Offices and Agencies by the Trustee. Until termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, the Trustee shall maintain (a) facilities in the City of New York for the execution and delivery, payment, surrender and registration of transfer and exchange of Certificates, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and (b) such other agents, if any, as the Trustee and the Depositor may agree from time to time.
