Common use of Maintenance of Offices Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Offices. The Borrower will maintain its principal administrative offices at 3 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 or such other place in Canada or the United States as the Borrower shall designate upon ten (10) days prior written notice to the Agent, or such shorter time as the Agent may agree. Upon request of the Agent from time to time after the Closing Date, the Borrower shall promptly provide the Agent with the principal place of business of each Subsidiary of the Borrower.

Upon request of the Agent Agents from time to time after the Closing Date, the Borrower Credit Parties shall promptly provide the Agent Agents with the principal place of business of each Subsidiary of the Borrower.
