The Borrower will maintain its principal administrative offices at 3 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 or such other place in Canada or the United States as the Borrower shall designate upon ten (10) days prior written notice to the Agents, or such shorter time as the Agents may agree. Upon request of the Agents from time to time after the Closing Date, the Borrower shall promptly provide the Agents with the principal place of business of each Subsidiary of the Borrower.
