Maintenance of Ownership. Each Credit Party will maintain ownership of all Capital Stock of any Subsidiary that becomes a Credit Party pursuant to Section 7.12, directly or indirectly, free and clear of all Liens except as permitted by Section 8.3 and Section 8.4.
