Maintenance of Patents. At its own expense, each Debtor shall make timely payment of all post-issuance fees required pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 41 to maintain in force rights under each Patent to the extent such Debtor reasonably believes it to be consistent with good business practice and failure to do so would cause a Material Adverse Effect.
