Maintenance of Permits and Insurance. Contributor shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause each of the Companies to maintain in existence all licenses, permits and approvals necessary or reasonably appropriate to the ownership, operation or improvement of their own legal status and the Property as well as all insurance currently affecting the Property.
