Common use of Maintenance of Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Permits. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality (including, without limitation, the Licenses and any such license, consent or permit relating to Hazardous Materials or the disposal thereof) if the failure to maintain such licenses, permits and consents could have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Permits.
