Common use of Maintenance of Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Permits. Maintain, and cause each Subsidiary to maintain, all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any federal or local government agency or instrumentality except where failure to maintain the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
