Common use of Maintenance of Permits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Permits. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any Governmental Authority except (x) for such permits, licenses and consents related to assets which are sold in accordance with Section 5.02(c) or (y) where failure to maintain the same would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Permits. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any Governmental Authority state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality including, without limitation, the Licenses, except (x) for where such permits, licenses and consents related to assets which are sold in accordance with Section 5.02(c) or (y) where failure to maintain the same would could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, all permits, licenses and consents as may be required for the conduct of its business by any Governmental Authority except state, federal or local government agency or instrumentality (xincluding, without limitation, the Licenses and any such license, consent or permit relating to Hazardous Materials or the disposal thereof) for such permits, licenses and consents related to assets which are sold in accordance with Section 5.02(c) or (y) where if the failure to maintain the same would not such licenses, permits and consents could have a Material Adverse Effect.
