Maintenance of Properties, Etc. Maintain and preserve, and cause each Material Subsidiary to maintain and preserve, all of its properties which are used in the conduct of its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, to the extent that any failure to do so would have a Material Adverse Effect.
