Common use of Maintenance of Property and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property and Licenses. In addition to the requirements of the Security Agreement, (a) protect and preserve all property necessary in and material to their business then being conducted, including copyrights, patents, real estate, trade names, service marks and trademarks, (b) maintain in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear and casualty excepted, all buildings, equipment and other tangible real and personal property necessary and material to its business as then being conducted and (c) from time to time make or cause to be made all repairs, renewals and replacements thereof and additions to such property necessary and material for the conduct of its business as then being conducted, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be conducted in a commercially reasonable manner.
