Common use of Maintenance of Tangible Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Tangible Property. Maintain all of its tangible property relating to the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties in good repair and condition and make all necessary replacements thereof and operate such property in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standard industry practices, unless the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Borrower or the value of any Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Property.

Maintenance of Tangible Property. Maintain Use commercial reasonable efforts as a non-operator to maintain all of its tangible property relating to the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties in good repair and condition and make all necessary replacements thereof and operate such property in a good prudent and workmanlike manner in accordance with standard industry practices, unless the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the any Borrower or the value of any Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Property.

Maintenance of Tangible Property. Maintain all of its tangible property property, including, without limitation, those relating to the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties in good repair and condition and make all necessary replacements thereof and operate such property in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standard industry practices, unless the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect material adverse effect on the any Borrower or the value of any Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Propertysuch tangible property.
