Common use of Maintenance of Tenant Lists and Applications Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Tenant Lists and Applications. All tenant lists, applications and waiting lists relating to the Project shall at all times be kept separate and identifiable from any other business which is unrelated to the Project and shall be maintained, as required from time to time by the Program Administrator on behalf of the City, in a reasonable condition for proper audit and subject to examination during normal business hours by representatives of the Project, the City or the Fiscal Agent. Failure to keep such lists and applications or to make them available to the City or the Fiscal Agent shall be a default hereunder.
