Maintenance of the Register. The Company will keep, or cause there to be kept, a record (the “Register”) of the names and addresses of the Holders, the number of Warrants held by each Holder and the transfer, exchange and exercise of the Warrants. Absent manifest error, the entries in the Register will be conclusive and the Company and each Agent may treat each Person whose name is recorded as a Holder in the Register as a Holder for all purposes. The Register will be in written form or in any form capable of being converted into written form reasonably promptly. The Company will provide a copy of the Register to any Holder upon its request as soon as reasonably practicable.
