Maintenance Provision. Unless Maintenance is included in the license fee paid by the Customer, or a Materialise Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) has been concluded between the Customer and Materialise, Materialise shall have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services to the Customer. Payable support may be made available by Materialise upon request.
