Scheduled Outages. (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period. (b) Seller shall provide the following information for each proposed planned outage: (i) Start date and time; (ii) End date and time; and (iii) Capacity online, in MW, during the planned outage. (c) Within thirty (30) days after SCE’s receipt of an Outage Schedule, SCE shall notify Seller in writing of any reasonable request for changes to the Outage Schedule, and Seller shall, consistent with Prudent Electrical Practices, accommodate SCE’s requests regarding the timing of any planned outage. (d) Seller shall cooperate with SCE to arrange and coordinate all Outage Schedules with the CAISO. (e) If a condition occurs at the Generating Facility which causes Seller to revise its planned outages, Seller shall promptly provide Notice to SCE, using the Web Client, of such change (including an estimate of the length of such planned outage) as required in the CAISO Tariff after the condition causing the change becomes known to Seller. (f) Seller shall promptly prepare and provide to SCE upon request, using the Web Client, all reports of actual or forecasted outages that SCE may reasonably require for the purpose of enabling SCE to comply with Section 761.3 of the California Public Utilities Code or any Applicable Law mandating the reporting by investor owned utilities of expected or experienced outages by electric energy generating facilities under contract to supply electric energy.

Scheduled Outages. Seller may cease operation of the entire Facility or individual units, if applicable, for maintenance or other purposes. Seller shall exercise its best efforts to notify PacifiCorp of planned outages at least ninety (90) days prior, and shall reasonably accommodate PacifiCorp’s request, if any, to reschedule such planned outage in order to accommodate PacifiCorp’s need for Facility operation.
Scheduled Outages. The Owner Entity shall cause the Operator to promptly notify Power Marketing of any scheduled outage of any Unit. During the period of such scheduled outage and any additional time reasonably required to complete the work for which such outage was scheduled, the Owner Entity shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder to deliver Power from such Unit.
Scheduled Outages. The Seller shall attempt to coordinate any Scheduled Outage, subject to Good Utility Practice, with the Buyer's reasonable written request. The Seller shall notify the Buyer one month in advance of Scheduled Outages, including a non-binding estimate of expected length of each outage, and as soon as possible, of any Unscheduled Outages, including a non-binding estimate of expected length of each outage.
Scheduled Outages. 14.1 Buyer / Seller shall give the other party sufficient notice (30 days in advance on best endeavour basis) in writing, before the beginning date and the duration of the scheduled Outage. Both Parties agree to coordinate and make their best efforts / endeavours for matching the outage period wherever feasible. In any event the total period of Scheduled Outage for each Party shall not exceed 15 days in contract period.

Scheduled Outages. 10.1.1 The Seller shall comply with the requirements of Schedule 3 (Scheduled and Unscheduled Outages) in relation to Scheduled Outages. 10.1.2 Subject to clause 10.1.1, the Seller shall be entitled to remove the Facility Unit from service during the period of the Scheduled Outage to carry out its planned Maintenance. 10.1.3 The Seller shall be responsible for all costs incurred by it in connection with or arising from any Maintenance carried out by it or on its behalf on the Facility Unit during any Scheduled Outage.

Scheduled Outages. (a) Atleast 45 days prior to the Scheduled Synchronisation Date of each Unit, the Company shall submit to the HPSEBL proposed plan of scheduled outage for that Unit for the balance period of the Year in which such date falls. Thereafter, by 15th February preceding each Year, the Company shall submit to the Control Centre its proposed plan of scheduled outages for Unit(s) of the Project for the following Year. (b) Within 30 days of submission of such Schedule by the Company, the Control Centre shall either notify the acceptance to the Company in writing or convey its views to the Company in writing. In case of non response by the Control Centre within the stipulated period, the Schedule submitted by the Company shall be deemed to be carrying the approval of the Control Centre. The plan of Schedule Outages shall then be finalised by the Operating Committee as per Prudent Utility Practices. The decision of the Control Centre with regard to scheduling of Scheduled Outages shall be final.
