Maintenance Term. 9.1 Licensor agrees to provide maintenance and support for the Latest Versions of the Software pursuant to the terms of this Part 2 during the Maintenance Term, provided the maintenance fee is fully paid and current and Licensee is also in full compliance and current with all of its other obligations under this Agreement. “Latest Versions” means versions of Software used for the fulfillment of new license orders and/or the versions for which Licensor continues to provide technical support. Latest Versions are specified in the Support section of Licensor’s web site.
Maintenance Term. The term of this Capital Maintenance Agreement includes an initial five-year term and two additional options to extend the initial term. The maximum term of this Capital Maintenance Agreement, including both extensions thereof, is 15 years.

Maintenance Term. Customer may purchase Software Maintenance Services from SISW or an SISW affiliate for an initial annual maintenance term or such other time period that is acceptable to SISW. Thereafter, maintenance services will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless terminated by either party by providing notice of termination in writing to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or any renewal term. If Customer purchases additional Software licenses during the term of this Agreement, SISW reserves the right to adjust the annual maintenance term and pro rate the annual maintenance fees for such add-on Software to be coterminous with the initial Software maintenance term and billing cycle. Certain products and product groups are subject to different renewal terms and conditions as specified in the Product Specific Terms.

Maintenance Term. Except where the relevant Letter Agreement or PO expressly provides otherwise, the Charges include a Maintenance Subscription for the first Maintenance Term, and the Maintenance Fee will be payable only for subsequent Maintenance Terms if and when taken up by Spark.
Maintenance Term. (09/17) The City’s obligation to pay for Maintenance commences on the date of expiration of the Product Warranty Period. The price for annual Maintenance is set forth in Exhibit A, Price. Where necessary, prices for Maintenance shall be pro-rated to ensure that Maintenance periods will co-term with this Contract.
Maintenance Term. The term of this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement includes a five-year initial term that TxDOT may extend by up to four additional, five-year terms at its sole discretion. The maximum term of this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, including all extensions thereof, is 25 years.
Maintenance Term. The term "Maintenance Term" shall mean a period of time starting with the Effective Date and continuing one year thereafter, except as extended as provided under this Agreement.
Maintenance Term. Licensee’s initial purchase of the Software license provided hereunder includes one (1) year of maintenance and support (the “Initial Support Term”). Following expiration of the Initial Support Term, Licensee may purchase continued Maintenance & Support in additional one (1) year terms (each, an “Extended Support Term”). Licensee and its Authorized Licensee Users may also continue using the Software pursuant to this Agreement without purchasing an Extended Support Term; however, Licensee will not receive support or upgrades to the Software without purchasing an Extended Support Term. AnyLogic’s fees for Maintenance & Support during an Extended Support Term are available upon request.
