Maintenance Types Sample Clauses
Maintenance Types. The following Maintenance Services related to Humanetics Devices are available for separate purchase by Customer (each a “Maintenance Type”), unless the Order expressly states that the respective Maintenance Type is already included. Not all Maintenance Types are available for each Humanetics Device product. Some Maintenance Types may be offered only in combination with Maintenance Services for Software which form a “System” together with the Humanetics Device.
Maintenance Types. The following Maintenance Services related to Siemens Hardware are available for separate purchase by Customer (each a “Maintenance Type”), unless the Order expressly states that the respective Maintenance Type is already included. Not all Maintenance Types are available for each Siemens Hardware product. Some Maintenance Types may be offered only in combination with Maintenance Services for Software which form a “System” together with the Siemens Hardware.
Maintenance Types. 1. The supplier shall prepare a checklist of various Maintenance types such as preventive, corrective, monitoring, inspecting etc. (PQ)
2. The maintenance tasks shall be coordinated and approved by On-site IAA Technical Support Team. (P)
3. The task list for each maintenance type shall include detailed description and shall include tasks such as monitoring the system, routine inspections and preventive actions: (Q)
4. The Supplier shall include all procedures and check lists in the Maintenance Plan and shall update them yearly after the approval of IAA technical team. (P)
5. The Bidder shall elaborate and provide, in its response to this requirement, the list of activities needed to maintain the A-VDGS system high availability and according to the required SLA. (Q)
