If the Recipient’s Project involves a Major Federal Project, it agrees to comply with all applicable federal regulations, including FTA regulations, “Major Capital Investment Projects,”49 CFR Part 611, and “Project Management Oversight,” 49 CFR Part 633, to the extent that they are consistent with applicable federal legislation, regulations, and requirements, and follow all applicable federal guidance.
