Major Capital Investment Projects. If the Subrecipient’s Project involves a Major Federal Project, it shall comply with all applicable federal regulations, including FTA regulations, “Major Capital Investment Projects,” 49 CFR Part 611, and “Project Management Oversight,” 49 CFR Part 633, and follow all applicable federal guidance.
