Common use of Major Customers Clause in Contracts

Major Customers. Schedule 3.19.(a) contains a list of the four largest customers, including distributors, of Company for the most recent fiscal year (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of net sales) showing the total dollar amount of net sales to each such customer during the year. Neither Company nor any Shareholder has any knowledge or information of any facts indicating, nor any other reason to believe, that any of the customers listed on Schedule 3.19.(a) will not continue to be customers of the business of Company after the Closing at substantially the same level of purchases as heretofore.
