MAJOR INVESTIGATIONS REPORTS. A copy of the final reports of a major Investigation will be supplied to each Party. Each Party will be responsible for consideration and action on recommendations that are under the control of that Party. In the case of a fatal accident a copy of the report will also be sent to the Coroner.
