Major Project Milestones. Landlord agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete its duties and tasks specified in this Tenant Work Letter in accordance with the schedule attached to this Tenant Work Letter as Schedule 1 and made a part hereof ("CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE") and to endeavor to accomplish all "Major Project Milestones" within the time set forth in the Construction Schedule. As used herein, the term "MAJOR PROJECT MILESTONES" means:
