Making announcements. A party must not make, or authorise or cause to be made, any public announcement relating to the negotiations between the parties or the subject matter of this Agreement unless: (a) it has the prior written consent of each other party; or (b) it is required to do so by Law or by the rules of any Financial Market to which a party, or a Related Body Corporate of a party, is subject.
