Common use of Making of Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Making of Covenants and Agreements. The Stockholders jointly and severally hereby make the covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 5 and the Stockholders jointly and severally agree to use their respective best efforts to cause the Company and the LLC to comply with such agreements and covenants. No Stockholder shall have any right of indemnity or contribution from the Company or the LLC (or any other right against the Company or the LLC) with respect to the breach of any covenant or agreement hereunder.
