MALPRACTICE LIABILITY COVERAGE. Malpractice liability coverage for professional activities within the scope of the Residency Program shall be provided by the West Virginia Board of Insurance and Risk Management through West Virginia University and shall be of the same nature and coverage limits as the insurance provided to the faculty physicians of the West Virginia University School of Medicine and Dentistry.
