Managed Care Final Rule. a. Contractor shall comply with Managed Care Final Rule and County policy, if applicable, to provide timely access to services and abide by accessibility standards as per the Managed Care Final Rule (Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, MHPAEA). County reserves the right to adjust this policy if the state changes the rule.
