Management and Records. 6.2.1. Throughout the Term, and for a minimum of six (6) years after the Company ceases to have constructed, installed, used, operated, and/or maintained the Systems pursuant to this Agreement, the Company shall maintain complete Books and Records to allow DoITT and the Comptroller to determine whether the Company is in compliance with this Agreement.
