Evaluation Factors. The multiple measures that are required by law to be used in the teacher evaluation procedure. The two (2) factors, which are weighted equally, are student growth measures at fifty percent (50%) and teacher performance at fifty percent (50%). (This is subject to adjustment per SB 229 pending in the Ohio House of Representatives as of February 2014). The Committee recommends that the parties accept adopted legislative language changes if Student Growth Measures are less than fifty percent (50%).
Evaluation Factors. The multiple measures that are required by law to be used in the school counselor evaluation procedure, including performance on all six (6) areas identified by the standards and the ability to produce positive outcomes using student metrics selected by the Board.
