Common use of MANAGEMENT CAR POOL Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT CAR POOL. City agrees to provide a Car Pool in addition to the assigned City fleet. Management employees may use the cars as needed, based upon availability, to accomplish business travel to meetings, training or related purposes. In the alternative, Management employees required to drive personal vehicles may be reimbursed at the City's current mileage rate.
