Common use of Management Generally Clause in Contracts

Management Generally. The management, conduct and control of the Partnership shall be vested exclusively in the Managing General Partner. Except as authorized by the Managing General Partner, neither the Administrative General Partner nor the Limited Partners shall have any part in the management of the Partnership, nor shall they have any authority or right to act on behalf of the Partnership in connection with any matter.
